Elastic Interval Geometry
Muscles and a Clock Darwin Camshaft Robots |
In the beginning there was Push and Pull Intervals holding two Joints at a distance, almost. Springy! Joints with momentum, where Intervals meet, both animated by discrete waves of time, called iterations. Math? Of course there's lots of vectors, but not a lot more. Intervals only know about Joints, and vice versa. A Fabric can be in equilibrium while each Interval toils for eternity in vain to achieve its own equilibrium. Vectors can decay (damping), or even push universally (gravity), or stop and turn back at a plane (floor). |
